Please check the Known Issues first to see if it is something that has been noted already. Many of the known issues also have a workaround, some have external causes, and some are on the list for a future fix. If you are not using the current version (see the Version History article in the Knowledgebase), then it might be worth checking the Read Me First notes for later releases to see if it has been fixed.
